They have outperformed the industry every single year for 15-20 years
Sales have grown year every year over the last 10 years
This is a newly created position due to the growth of the company
They are doing really wellf, but are ready to take things to the next level
Need someone to come in, analyze operations and make suggestions for improvement
Need someone who is forward thinking, growth minded, strategic CFO who is a true business partner
About 60 employes total in the company
They are somewhat flexible on comp, target is around $180-$230K, but could go higher
There is bonus potential (could go up to 50%) and future equity potential for the right person.
They need someone to come in a structure these things and put a program in place

Position:
- CFO Role
- Supervises staff of 5 finance and accounting professionals
- Reports to Present, works closely with COO and executive team
- Comp is $170,000 to $230,000with a bonus potential of up to 50%
- Future equity potential once program is put in place

Requirements:
- CFO, VP of Finance or even Super Heavy Controller experience
- Industry experience less important than attitude, drive, ability, energy and determination
- Looking for that rockstar candidate who can succeeded rapidly and efficiently
