We have been retained to recruit a CFO for an award-winning, IT Services Company that is currently experiencing massive growth and a nationwide expansion. The company has been highly successful selling large-scale, recurring revenue projects to a global base of the world’s largest companies. The CEO desires a true business partner with a strategic, forward looking vision to help prepare the company for sale within 3 years. This is a remote, work from your own office position, and may be located anywhere. The compensation range for this role is $200,000 – $275,000 with a strong bonus potential and attractive equity stake.

Position:
Provide financial leadership, operational and strategic guidance, and position company for sale
Oversight of HR and managing/performing all aspects of finance & accounting including financial statements-, short- and long-range planning, treasury, investor relations and capital budgeting
This is a ground floor opportunity with a massive upside potential for a very lucrative financial payout
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting with 5+ years at the senior management level
Tech Services experience with an Managed Service Provider (MSP) required
Experience working with a private-equity backed firm helpful
Executive presence and strong leadership skills with the ability to roll up your sleeves when necessary
