CFO Job of the Week – Midwest CFO Position – Transportation and Trucking

We have been retained by a stable and profitable transportation company to recruit an exceptional CFO candidate.  This is a rare opportunity with a very high earning potential.   Base on the position is $225 to $275K with a bonus potential of up to 100%.  In addition to the short-term incentives, they are also offering a substantial equity stake that is expected to be valued at $4 million or greater.  The position is located in the Toledo, Illinois area and full relocation will be provided.  Our client is looking for an A player with an exceptional track record of success and accomplishments in the transportation or trucking industry.

Position:

• Chief Financial Officer
• Target Base is $225K to $275K
• Target Bonus of up to 100% or higher (based on profitability)
• Significant LTI (After vesting, annual payments estimated to be around $800K for 5 years)
• Reports to the President and Works closely with the CEO
• Highly Respected and Committed Management Team
• 5-7 Direct Reports

Requirements:

• Strategic Finance CFO Experience
• 10+ Years Finance Experience
• 5 Years Minimum Managerial Experience
• Public Accounting or Investment Banking Background Helpful

• Transportation, Logistics, or Equipment Leasing Industry Experience
