Our CFO Recruitment Process
Nationwide Database
Our nationwide database consists of thousands of exceptionally well-qualified CFO and financial executive candidates. Our database consists of candidates who have already been through our rigorous interview process and who meet our most stringent requirements. Our database consists of CFOs and financial executives who are at the top of their game, currently employed, not actively looking, but open to hearing about a great opportunity.
Candidate Referral
Another method that often utilize is reaching out to our trusted network of candidates to find out who they might know for a particular opportunity. We have that exceptional candidates typically know and refer other candidates like themselves. We only ask for recommendations for candidates who they feel are truly exceptional. We then put them through our rigorous interview and screening process to determine if they are truly outstanding.
Direct Recruiting
Direct recruiting is another method within our toolbox that we utilize on a daily basis. Our recruiters are experts at calling in to companies to speak with the CFO directly, presenting a potential opportunity in a favorable way and then gently easing them into the interview process. This is a skill that many inexperienced recruiters do not possess, but all of our recruiters have substantial direct recruiting experience.
Professional Networking
Another method that is very common among our recruiters is interacting with professional organizations and memberships. Our recruiters have connections that most do not and we fostered those relationships over the years. Because of this we can easily navigate through a professional organization and find exactly who they are looking for.
